Time is erased
In the front row
Where the face is placed
The pain is erased
All of my fears are misplaced
With popcorn in my hand I grip the phantom hand
Eyes intent to a solitude screen
The face of an angel
God in human form
To see you so close up
See every moment of time as it passes
To watch in the dark wishing
Silently wishing to see
To reach for the hand who steals my heart
Wishing for something better than hope
Searching for a sea to come over me
I am there to watch
Watch the teachings that people think are silently lost
For the cost
There is no cost

More than anyone ever could be
Hypnotizing on the silver screen
And what to do but love her madly
Seemingly so third-person
Detached and so inward
Still, I'm lost in that immersion
Of a life moving forward
I wonder what SHE sees in the mirror
We would think something beautiful
Because she's such a lovely girl
But we're not that wonderful
I would be her slave, forever
If only SHE would allow
Because what could be better
Than serving a goddess forever?
