As you'll see I have nothing but good things to say about her and her performance. ;) It seems to me that if Angelina Jolie is in a movie then it's worth seeing. I've never seen talent like hers before! She is absolutely mesmerizing. During the length of Girl Interrupted I
couldn't take my eyes off her and I didn't want to! There's something about the way she acts...the characters she plays seem to come to life. They all have such depth and no matter who they are they become sensitive and real and lovable through her. Lisa, Angelina's character in Girl Interrupted is no exception. I'm really glad Angelina was cast as Lisa. I think if a lesser actress had had the role Lisa would not have seemed as genuine and dynamic. She played the role very real and was still so sexy. Anyone who sees Girl Interrupted will probably enjoy just watching Lisa. Girl Interrupted was the first movie of Angelina's I saw and it made me a fan of hers. I couldn't help but wonder what was burning in Lisa's eyes? What was burning in Angelina's eyes? It's hard not to let Lisa
suck you in! Yeah, she's a sociopath but, she's doing her best damn it! You really get the feeling she's just being the only way she knows how to be. At times she can be cold or threatening but, she proves to be emotional and fragile as well. I read the book Girl, Interrupted prior to seeing the movie and although in some ways they are nothing alike they will each leave you with a similar feeling. I think they each convey the book's original message really well. Winona Ryder is very good as Susanna! I think she too was perfect for her role. So, if you haven't seen Girl, Interrupted you should see it! If only to see each expression pass over Angelina's face?? Now I'm really obsessed. Love her! Can't wait for Original Sin and Tomb Raider to come out!

I find it that Angelina's talent is extraordinary what ever movie she plays in, her presence is felt. In Foxfire I couldn't picture anyone but Jolie playing Legs. No matter what kind of movie she is in, whether low budget or
not, she does a great job. Maybe it's the characther she plays or just her ability to transform herself into these roles, but I have to see every movie she is in.
